isting. annual budget so that it is. now necessary to appropriate more money for the various
functions of the City government than was appropriated in the'annual budget.,

SECTION 1. That for the exnenses of the- City govern.yrent and its institutions for year
ending., December 312 19662 the following amount of money is hereby appropriated and. set -
apart out of the fund named for the puroose soacigied. Said sum being, subject to all
laws governing the same. Such &-nount artpropriated shall be held to include all expenditures
authorized to be made during, the year, unless exoressly stipulated by 1,11-19

Recreational Denartment Budget the following specified amount to meet the extraordinary
emergency declared to exists
