AN ORDINANCE TO ANNEX TO THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, CERTAIN TERRITORY
CONTIGUOUS TBERE.TO, DESCRIBING THE SAME, PROVIDING FOR THE PUBLICATION THEREOF,
AND FIXING THE TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL TAKE EFFECT.
BE iT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
SECTION 1. That the following described territory be annexed to and declared
to be a part of said City of Richmond, Indiana.
"A part of .Fractional Section Twenty-five (25), Township
Fourteen (14), Range Two (2) West, being more particularly
described as follo*as:
Beginning at a point on the east line of said Fractional
Section, said point being one hundred eight and twenty
hundredths (108.20) rods South of the south line of the
Rich Road; thence South along the east line of Fractional
Section Twenty-five (25), one hundred sixty (160) rods to
the south line of said Fractional Section-
., thence West
along the south line of said Section one thousand three hun-
dred five and thirty-four hundredths (1305.34) feet;
thence North one hundred twenty and ninety-eight hun-
dredths ('120,98) rods to the north rail of the Cincinnati,
Chicago and St. Louis Railroad (now Pennsylvania Rail-
road); thence Southeast along said Railroad eighty-eight
and twenty-one hundredths (88.21) rods; thence North
parallel with the east line of said Fractional Section
seventy-eight and forty-one hundredths (78.41) rods;
thence East one (1) foot to the place of beginning, con-
taining fifty (50) acres, more or less.tr
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and approval by the Mayor and publication as by law required.
