RESOLUTION AUIHORIZING ~ ISSUANCE OF
1999 AMUSfl~ DEVICE LICI~SE(S).
W~oEAS, application has been made to the Mayor and Council of
the Borough of Carteret for AMUS~ENTDEVICE LICENSE(S) for
the YEAR 1999 by the following:
1. T.J. GLASS BAR
2. SIMON'S NITE CLUB
51Wheeler Avenue;
63-65 Roosevelt Avenue; and
~, said application(s) ~M~/have been investigated by the
Carteret Police Department, in compliance with the Borough Ordi-
nance Regulating and Licensing Amusement Devices and said Police
Department recommends that a License for the current Year be
issued to the applicant(s) listed above.
NOW, lttl~,EFORE, BE IT AND IT IS ltI~ll~3Y~VED, by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be
and is hereby authorized and directed to issue an AMUS~ENT DEVICE
LICENSE for the YEAR 1999 to the applicant(s) hereby approved,upon
receipt of the proper fee.
Adopted the 21st day of JANUARY,

the original on JANUARY 22, 1999.
