TOP COURSE PAVING
BARTLETT SREET AND EVERETT AVE.
AVON ROAD
Weather permitting, top course paving will begin on Thursday, September 17. Work is anticipated to begin on
Bartlett Street and Everett Ave., followed by Avon Road. Work may extend into Friday, September 18.
Please note that this schedule is subject to change based on weather, availability of asphalt trucks, production,
etc. It is possible for the work to be ahead of or behind schedule.
`No Parking' signs will be posted along the area selected for road work. Please do not park your car in the
posted area. Due to the need to allow the pavement to cool to ensure quality control, parking restrictions and
road closures will be strictly enforced during this phase of the work. The Watertown Police will be
informed of the construction and its effects. Typical hours of construction work are from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Residents within the work area are advised that roadway and driveway access will also be prohibited during
the paving process to allow the asphalt to set. Please park any vehicles outside of the work area.

The Watertown Police will be informed of the construction and its effects, including the need for extended on -
street parking due to driveway repairs.
