.31 DunSTATEFsE ov STATE TAW maxim spuD. It is hereby datermnee upon the basis of
an engineering and traffic investigation that the soced nernitted by state law outside of
business and residence districts as anplicable upon -the follmino, streets is greater than
is reasonable or safe under the conditions found to exist upon such streets and it is here-
by ded1lared that the maximum soeed limit shall be 20 rdles per hour as herein set forth on
thosa, streets or oarts of streets herein designated at the tines herein snecified when
signs are erected giving notice thdraof.
1. South 6th Stre'et from South "Bit Street to South I'D" Street,,
2. South lhth Street from South 11121" Street to South "D" Street.
3. Southeast larkwiy from South 23rd Street to Henley Road, south.
