existing annual budget so that it is nmy necessary to appropriate more, money for various
functions of the City Government than was any3ronriated in the annual budget,

SECTIO117 1. That for the expenses of the City Government and its i . nstitutions for the year
ending recember 31., 1966the following amount of monoy is he -by opronri hereby a, - ated and set
apart out of the fund named for the purpose specified,, said sum being subject to all laws
governing the same. Such amount ancro-oriated shall be held to include all expenditures
authorized to be made during the year., unless exoressly stipulated by law.
