WHEREAS,, a request has been meal® by the Park Superintendent and approved by the Pavok

WHEREAS' certain e.-,,ebra ordinary emergencies have developed since the adoption of the
erlsting annual budget so that it is now bacessary to anpropriate more money for
various functions of the City Government than was appropriated in the amival budget,
NOW., THEPEFORE BE, IT ORDAINED by the Corw-on Council of the City of Rlchmond,, Indiana,
SECTION 1. That for the. expenses of the City GovGrnn, ent and its institutions for the
year ending December 31j, 1966., the following arount of money is hereby appropriated and
set apart out of the fund named- for the pia -pose specified,, Said sura being subject to
all la-vis governing the same, Such amount apnropriated shall be held to include all
expenditures authorized to be zPade dmning the yesarpuhless expressly stipulated by laig,.
SECTION 2, That, for the fiscal periode, there is hereby aporooriated from the Park
