fifty dollars ($350.00) from the 11otor Vehicle Highway Department Fund Noo S-24 (4.,42-425),,
Sewer '111aterials., to Motor Vehicle Highway Department Fund No. - 8-28 (5-51), Insurance, end.

claims, and in unpaid

amival budget so that it is now necessary to appropriate more money for various functions
of the City Government then was appropriated in the annual budget.
NCA,T, THEWFORE., BE IT ORDAINE by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
SE'r,TION 1. That for the expenses of the City Government and its institutions for the year
eivling December 31., 1966, the followingr amount of money is hereby appropriated and set
apart out of the fund ramcd for the purpose specified, Said sum being 'subject to all laws
governing the cameo Such amount appropriated shall be held to include all e.,menditurea
authorized to be made during the year unless expressly stipulated by law.
SECTION 2. That for -the .fiscal period there icy hereby appropriated from the Notor Vehicle
Highway Department Operating Budget to meet the extra ordinary emergency declared to exist,
