AN ORDINANCE Ahl MEDING ORDINANCE D10o 1472-19539 COMUONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF RICHMOND, INDIANA APPROVED APRIL 21, 1953.
BE IT ORDAINED BY the Common Council of the City of Richmondq Indiana.
SECTION 1. WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1472-19539 Commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance
of*11ichmondq and the Zone map made a part thereof, described and designated as Suburban
the following described territory in Richmond, Wayne County, Indiana, to wit.-
105 North Pickett Drive (Lot No. 20 - Westwood - 1st Addition),
Richmondp Indiana.
WHM-EASo it is the purpose and intention hereof to chage the use of said territory
to Local Business.
NOW THEREFORE:
SECTION 2. It is hereby ordained that the use district in the Zoning Ordinance and
on the Zone map be, and the same is hereby . changed covering the above described
territory to Local Business and that said territory and the use and area thereof be
regulated accordingly.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval by the Mayor and publications as by law required.
