• CONTRACT NO. 31-2019 — RICOH USA, INC
This contract is to furnish and install one RICOH MPC 4504EX Configurable PTO model Copier
and provide "Gold Service" maintenance coverage services for the City of Richmond Fire
Department.
The price of the copier is not to exceed $5,855.00. There will also be a monthly maintenance fee
calculated by the amount of black and colored copies used.
• CONTRACT NO. 32-2019 — FLETCHER CHRYSLER PRODUCTS, INC
The purchase of seven (7) 2019 Dodge Charger Police Cars and one (1) 2019 Dodge Durango for
the Richmond Police Department
Not to exceed $185,159.00
CONTRACT NO. 33-2019 — RICOH USA, INC
This contract is to furnish and install two Ricoh MP3055SP AD Configurable PTO Model Copiers
and one RICOH MPC4504EX Configurable PTO Model Copier for the City Building. To also furnish
and install one Ricoh MPC6004 EX Configurable PTO Model copier for the Administrative Office of
the Parks Department. Both will be covered by "Gold Service" maintenance coverage.
The total amount of the purchase of the copiers is not to exceed $18,311.00. There will also be a
monthly maintenance fee calculated by the amount of black and colored copies used.

They provide hosting and maintenance of the 3M Sign Management System. This addendum is to
provide an additional year effective November 22, 2018 through November 23, 2019
