AN ORDINANCE AMMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3-75, SECTION 7, CONCERNING A RATE
INCREASE FOR REGULAR SUBSCRIBER SERVICES FOR CABLE TELEVISION SYSTEM IN
THE CITY Of MOAB,
Ordinance No. 3-75, Section 7, (A) Residential Subscribers and (6)
Commercial Subscribers is hereby ammended to read as follows:
(A) Residential Subscribers
Monthly service rate per month 8.95
Installation charge - First outlet 15.00
Additional outlet 12.50
Relocation 10.00
Relocation of additional outlet 10.00
Reconnect 10.00
Transfer to cabled home 10.00
Transfer to Non -cabled home 15.00
Installation of wall jack 5.00
(6) Commercial Subscribers
No. Units Per Unit
1-10 3.75
11-20 3.70
21-30 3.65
31-40 3.60
41-50 3.50
51-60 3.40
61-70 3.30
71-80 3.20
81-90 3.10
91-100 3.00
This ordinance shall become effective December 1, 1977 with the December
billing by Town Television.
PASSED by the unanimous vote of all members present of the City Council of
the City of Moab, Utah, this 6th day of September, 1977.
