BOROUGH CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret (the
"Borough") that Chapter 160, Land Development, Section 119 "Yards" is amended
as follows:
1. Subsection B is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
"No front yard shall be used for storage of boats, vehicles or any other
equipment, including parking on driveways except in the instance of a
,-..- maximum twelve foot wide driveway for the parking of registered
motor vehicles not exceeding eight (8) tons."
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that a copy of this ordinance be forwarded to the
Middlesex County Planning Board.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that this ordinance shall take effect April 1, 2000.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that this ordinance shall be advertised as prescribed
by law and that a notice to residents be published setting forth the amendment and
effective date.
