RESOLUTION FOR FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE
2012 INDUSTRIAL WATERMAIN EXTENSION PROJECT, TIFFIN, IOWA
WHEREAS, On June 30, 2015 the Project Engineer states the Project construction was
completed in general accordance with the approved Plans and Specifications on file with the
Tiffin, Iowa and placed into operation and recommends Final Payment be made to the
Contractor.
WHEREAS, That the 2012 Industrial Watermain Extension Project is complete and
acceptable to the City of Tiffin. On June 30, 2015 the Project Engineer's Certification for the
completion of construction was submitted to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY The City of Tiffin, Iowa, that the 2012 Industrial
Watermain Extension Project —is complete and acceptable to the City and final payment be made
to the Contractor.
