The Finance Department is requesting approval of Contract # 29-2019, with Horan Associates,
Inc. This contact will provide professional data analysis services to be used in evaluating the
performance of the city's health insurance program and assist with benefit program development.
The term of this contact will be 2/28/2019-2/27/2020, in an amount not to exceed $36,000.
