On May 11, 2019 the event starts at 8 a.m. with participants arriving as early as 6:45 a.m. The
race will conclude at 9:30 a.m. The course is as follows:
Course starts at Middlefork Reservoir- begin by heading South on Sylvan Nook Drive
Right turn on Park Lane into Oak Park neighborhood
Right on Oak Park Drive
Left on University Boulevard

Continue on University Boulevard until turnaround at marked spot (arrow) on University
Boulevard (last turnaround spot in median before 27)

On June 7, 2019 starting at 11:00 p.m. and ending June 8, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. they are requesting
to close North 8tth St. from North "C" to North "E" St., Elm Place from North 8th to under the bridge
(not extending all the way to North 10th), North "C" St. from North 8th to North 7th St. The streets
will be used for Swap Meet vendors spaces and parking for Model T's and other pre-1945 Fords.
North "D" St. would remain barrier free for east and west access.

• CONTRACT NO. 13-2019 — TOWING ROTATION
This is an agreement with Wrecker Services that want to participate in the City's Rotation List for
24 hour a day seven days a week on call services. Their fees will be collected from the Impound.
• CONTRACT NO. 14-2019 —VEHICLE IMPOUND AND STORAGE AGREEMENT 2019
Stamper's Wrecker for $5000.00 for a two year period payable by -annually by the 15th day of March
and September each year of the contract.
• CONTRACT NO. 29-2019 — HORAN ASSOCIATES, INC
They will provide professional data analysis serviced to be used in evaluating the performance of
the City's health insurance program and assist with benefit program development.
Not to exceed $36,000.00
