IMPORTANT NOTICE
Dear Residents and Abutters of Belmont Street, Avon Road, Alden Road and Sheldon
Road
The Department of Public Works would like to inform you that we and our contractor
Commonwealth Construction & Utilities, Inc. will be working, WEATHER PERMITTING,
Tuesday October 15t" to install a water gate valve and water main in conjunction with
the water main replacement project on Avon Road. Water service will be shut down
from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. This may cause discoloration of your water. Please make
arrangements to store water for drinking and cooking during these hours. The
Department will try to minimize the amount of time that service will be discontinued to
perform this work.
