This is for the approval of the installation of a blade sign at Phillips Drugs on the southeast corner
of East Main Street and South 7'" Street as part of the Richmond Stellar Facade Project.

This is a standard business associate agreement to accompany Contract No. 29-2019 with Horan
Associates for data analysis services to be used in evaluating the performance of the City's health
insurance program and assist with benefit program development.

To provide professional services in connection with assessment and activation of two designated
Opportunity Zones for the City of Richmond.

• ADDENDUM NO. 1 TO CONTRACT NO. 31-2018 — GEORGES' FAMILY PHARMACY
They provide Durable Medical Equipment with free home delivery at no cost to the City employees
and their dependents who are on the City's insurance. The prices are the same as they were in the
2018 contract.
