A RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER #2 FOR
CITY HALL IN THE AMOUNT OF $9,770
Whereas, The City recognizes that changes and updates are necessary to finish City
Hall and;
Whereas the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that some credits and
additions are required to complete said project which will account for an increase of
$9,770;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
change order #2 for City Hall.
On the 08th day of January, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson Kahler introduced Resolution No. 2014 -002, A RESOLUTION
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER #2 FOR CITY HALL IN THE AMOUNT OF $9,770 and
made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Ryan.
Ayes: Petersen, Kahler, Ryan, Bartels, Upton
Nays: none
Absent: none
Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2014 -002, A RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE
ORDER #2 FOR CITY HALL IN THE AMOUNT OF $9,770 to be adopted and signified
his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 08th day of January, 2014.
