RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF A PLANNING & ZONING
PERSON FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA
WHEREAS, there is a current opening on Planning & Zoning; and
WHEREAS, the City needs to comply with gender equality requirements; and
THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED, the City Council is appointing Bruce Hecox to the Planning & Zoning
Commission.
On this 08th day of January 2014 at a regular meeting of Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Council person Bartels
introduced RESOLUTION 2014 -003 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF A PLANNING &
ZONING PERSON FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA and made a motion for approval. The motion was
seconded by Council person Kahler.
AYES: Upton, Bartels, Ryan, Kahler, Petersen
NAYS: None
ABSENT: None
WHEREUPON, with five votes for approval, Mayor Berner declared that Resolution 2014 -003 A
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF A PLANNING & ZONING PERSON FOR THE CITY
OF TIFFIN, IOWA be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed, and approved this 08th day of January 2014.
