The awarded amount is $538,363.91 • CONTRACT NO. 53-2019 — BLACK KAT SEALCOATING To perform services in connection with sealing, coating, and lot cleaning at the Izzy Edelman Training Facility located at 1740 South 8th Street for the Richmond Fire Department Not to Exceed $2,995.00 • CONTRACT NO. 57-2019 — THE ANIMAL CARE ALLIANCE This agreement allows The Animal Care Alliance to sell city dogs tags. After the funds are received by the City Clerk, then 40% of the money is then returned to the Alliance. The City has an agreement with Help The Animals with the same terms found in this agreement. CHANGE ORDERS ADDENDUMS • ADDENDUM NO. 1 TO CONTRACT NO. 148-2014 — INDOT The contract is a coordination contract for the bike/pedestrian facilities for East Main Street, 7th Street and 10th Street.
