A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RIGHT OF ENTRY AND CELL TOWER
AGREEMENT FOR SELECTIVE SITE SERVICES
Whereas, The City recognizes it has received an inquiry into attaining a new cell phone
tower at the new water tower location and;
Whereas the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that, pending making the
modifications as suggested by the City Attorney, this agreement is supported by the City
of Tiffin and we are a willing entity to enter in said agreement and contracts as
stipulated by Selective Site Services;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
the non - exclusive Lease and Right of Entry and Cell Tower Agreement for Selective
Site Services.
On the 12th day of February 2014, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,
Iowa, Councilperson Kahler introduced Resolution No. 2014 -006, A RESOLUTION
APPROVING THE RIGHT OF ENTRY AND CELL TOWER AGREEMENT FOR
SELECTIVE SITE SERVICES and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by
Councilperson Ryan.
Ayes: Kahler, Ryan, Petersen, Bartels
Nays: Upton
Absent: none.
Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2014 -006, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE
RIGHT OF ENTRY AND CELL TOWER AGREEMENT FOR SELECTIVE SITE
SERVICES to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his
signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 12th day of February, 2014.
