The Department of Infrastructure and Development is requesting approval of Resolution #4-
2019.
Approval of this resolution will allow for the purchase of six (6) properties by the City of
Richmond, from the Wayne County Commissioners, for the Blight Elimination Program. The
City will purchase these properties at $250 each, for a total payment of $1,500.00 and is not to
exceed this amount.
These six (6) properties are as listed:
• 73 NW E Street
• 304 North 22 nd Street
• 2237 East Main Street
• 1002 Butler Street
• 1010 Butler Street
• 1105 NW 6th Street
