A RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER #2
TO HAGERTY IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,375
Whereas, The City recognizes that it needs to amend the agreed upon pricing for the
water pressure upgrade project due to a broken valve and new cap lines to isolate
pressure zones and;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
Change Order #2 to Hagerty in the amount of $3,375.
On the 12th day of February, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson Ryan introduced Resolution No. 2014 -007, A RESOLUTION
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER #2 TO HAGERTY IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,375 and
made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Kahler.
Ayes: Kahler, Ryan, Petersen, Bartels, Upton
Nays: none.
Absent: none.
Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2014 -007, A RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE
ORDER #2 TO HAGERTY IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,375 to be adopted and signified his
approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 12th day of February, 2014.
