BE IT ORDAI'TED BY the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
SECTION 1. WHE EAS, Ordinance No. 1472s1953, Comi.ionly known as the Zoning
Ordinance of Richmond, Indiana, and the Zone Map made a part thereof,
described and designated as "B" Residential, the following described
territory in Richmond, Wayne County, Indiana, to -wit:
The property located at 222 Southwest 18th Street
I,TfM t'EAS, it is the purpose and intention to change the use of said
territory to Local Business.
NOW THEREFORE:
SECTION 2. It is hereby ordained that the use district in the Zoning
Ordinance and on the Zone Map be, and the same is hereby changed
covering the above described territory to Local Business, and that said
territory and the use and area thereof be regulated accordingly.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval by the Mayor and publication as by law
required.
