AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO'.- 1472-19531,' COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF KICHMOND, INDIANA, APPROVED APRIL 21,1953.
BE IT:ORDAINED BY THE COM_ON COUNCIL OF .THE CITY_OF RICHMOND,INDIANA.
SECTION'l..WHEREAS, Ordinance No..14.72-1953, commonly, known as the Zoning
Ordinance of Richmond,,.and the Zone Map -made a part thereof, described"and
designated a's "A" Residential, -the following described -territory _ in
Richmond, Tayne County, Indiana, to -wit:
Apart of .'the' Northeast: Quarter. of Section Thirty-three (33�,
Township Fourteen. 04) North, Range One (1) Test, and' more • '-
particularly described as follows
Beginning..at ` the ,Northwest corner of said quart'- Section ' "'thence

and the use and area thereof be regulated accordingly.

law. .
