BE IT 0?�AINED BY the Com:ion Council of the City of Richmond, -Indiana.
SECTION 1. a4HEREAS, Ordinance No. 1472-1953, Con.ionly known as the Zoning Ordinance of
Richmond, and the Zone map made a part thereof, described and designated as Suburban
District, the following described territory in Wayne Township, 4'ayn.e County, Indiana,
to -wit:
A part of Section thirty-five (35), Township fourteen (14) north, Range one (1)
west, in Lyne County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the east and west one-half section line of said section,
marked by a two inch iron pipe, thirteen hundr;:d forty-five and 8/10 (1345.70)
feet west of the northeast corner of the southwest quarter of said section; thence
southwardly at an angle of 92 degrees 10 minutes with said half section line three
hundred ninety-eight (398) feet to a two inch.iron pipe; thence southwestwardly
at an angle of 117 degrees 32 minutes with the last named course seven hundred
eighteen (718) feet to a point in a curve, marked by a two inch iron pipe; thence
continuing southwestwardly by a curve having a radius of five hundred ninety-eight
and 57/100 (598.57) feet a distance of seven hundred (700) feet to a point marked
by an ironfence post;,thence westwardly three hundred (300) feet to a point in the
west line of said section 35, said point being thirteen hundred twelve (1312)
feet south of the northwest corner of the southwest quarter of said section;
thence northwardly along said west line five hundred eighty (580) feet to the
south line of the Country Club Hills Hirst Addition to the City of , R.ichriond,
Indiana; thence northeastwardly along the south line of said Country Club Hills
First yddition which is along a curve of nine hundred sixty-nine and 92/100
(9b9.92) feet a distance of four hundred sixty-five (465) feet, more or less,
to a point on the east line of said Country Club Hills First Addition three hundred
seventy-five (375) feet east of the west line of said quarter section and nine
hundred seventy-five (975) feet south of the north line of said Country Club
Hills First Addition; thence northwardly parallel with and three hundred seventy-
five (375) feet east therfrom the said west line of quarter section nine
hundred fifty-six (956) feet to a point three hundred (300) feet south of the
north line of Country Club Hills Second Addition; thence eastwardly parallel
with said north line of said .Addition nine hundred ninety-five (995) feet;
thence sorthwardly five hundred fifty-eight and 5/10 (558.5) feet to the place
of beginning. Containing thirty-one and 31/100 (31.31) acres, more or�less.
WHERE AS, it is the purpose and intention hereof to change the use of said territory to
"D Residential District".
NOW THEREF ODE :
SECTION 2. It is hereby ordained that the use district in the 'Coning Ordinance and on
the .Zone map be, and the sane is -hereby changed covering the above described territory
to "D Residential District" and that said territory and the use and area thereof be
regulated accordingly..
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in.full force and effect from and after•its passage,
approval by the 14ayor and publications as by law required.
