BE IT O?0AINED by .the Corunon Council of the City of. ' Uchriond, Indiana.
SECTION 1. Wf11E F{AS,•Ordinance No. 1472-1953, commonly known as the _Zoning Ordinance
of the.City of Richmond, Indianan and the Zone Mape made a part thereof, described
and'designated as SUBURBAN, the following described territory in Richmond, Wayne -
County, Indiana, to -wit:
Beginning at a point in the Ohio -Indiana State Line, said point
being Eight Hundred Thirty-nine and Fifteen Hundredths'(539.15)
feet North -of the Southeast corner of Section Thirty-six .(3b)
West -Six Hundred Eighty (600) feet to a point in the center of
Old State Road ;40; thence North along the centerline of said
road,Two Hundred Twenty-five (225) feet; thence East Six Hundred
Two.(002) feet to a point on the Ohio -Indiana State Line; thence'
Two Hundred Twenty-five (225) feet to the place of beginning.
P1ot.contains Eighty-five Hundredths (.85) acre.
VIEREAS, it is the purpose and intention hereof to change the use of said territory
to. LOCAL BUSINESS.

SECTION 2. It is hereby ordained that the use district -in the Zoning Ordinance and
