BE IT ORDAM1IED by the COMMOn douncil of the City of Richmond9Indiaanao
SECTION 14 WHEREAS, Ordinance N'o.1472-1953, co mmonl.y _known as the
Zoning Ordinance of the City cif Richiond, Indiana and the Zone
Asap made a part thereof, described and designated as"Ct9 Resident-
ial, ial, the following described territory in Richmond, Wayne County,
Indiana, to -wit:
Lots numbered 159, 160 and 161 in the Baynes Addition
to the City of Richmond, Indiana .and more particulary
described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner'of Lot Numbered
15.9 in the Haynes Addition to the .. City of Ricbmonde
Indiana; thence.East along thb South property Line
of Randolph Street One Hund-ked Thirty-five and
ninety-nine bundredthd C135o99) feet; thence South
One Hundred Sixty and Bundredths
(160.33) feet; thence G?esiti One.' Hundred Thirty-five
and ninety-nine (135 0 99) feat to the property line
of Northwest Fifth (5th) Street; thence North One
Hundred sixety and thirty-three hundredths (160.33)
feet to the place of 'beginning.
WEREAS, It is the purpose and intention hereof to change the use of
said territory to LOCAL BUSINESS.
NOW THEREFORE:
SECTION 2. It is herebu ordained that the use district in the Zon-
ing Ordinance and the Zone Map be, and the same is hereby changed
covering. the above described terri.toky to FOCAL BUSINESS and that
said territory and the use and area thereof be regulated accord-
ingly Q
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval by the mayor.and publication as
by law required.
