Y EREAS,,certain extraordinary emergencies have developed since the adoption of
the existing annual budget so that it is not• necessary to appropriate more honey
for the .various functions of the City Government than was appropriated in the
annual budget.

that for the expenses of the City Government and its institutions for the year
ending December 31, 1965, the followir_n amount of money'is hereby appropriated
and set apart out of the fund named and for.the purpose specified. -Said sum being
subject to all laws governing the same. Such amounts appropriated shall be held
to include all expenditures authorized to be riade during the year, unless expressly
stipulated by law.
SECTION 2. That for said fiscal period, there is hereby appropriated the follow-

SECTION 5. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect .from and after its
passage and approval by the I°iayor and is subject to the laws of the State of Indiana
governing emergency appropriations.
