Park Street,McCall,ID 836383 or TEAMS meeting Due to McCall's commitment to stay healthy in response to the COVI D-19 Emergency and ensuring that the City's Business continues,this will be both an in person and teleconference meeting.The McCall Legion Hall is subject to the 6-foot social distancing recommendation of Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.The MRA Board members and staff who are anticipated to be in attendance is 3. Masks will be required,and social distancing will be enforced.The first 20 persons who appearwill be allowed to be present in the meeting location. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL Monty Moore,Colby Nielsen,Rick Fereday, Mike Maciaszek,and Lew Ross were present.Nic Swanson and Tabitha Martineau were absent. City Treasurer Linda Stokes, Community and Economic Development Director Michelle Groenevelt,Public Works Director No than Stewart, Park and Recreation Director Kurt Wolf, Economic Development Planner Delta James and Permit Technician RochelSantiago-Govier were also present. CONSENTAGENDA • Minutes from September 22,2020 (Actionitem) Member Nielsen made motion to approve the September minutes. MemberMaciaszek seconded the motion.All members voted aye and the motion carried. • Redevelopment Association of Idaho Inc Invoice (Action Item) • Elam and Burke Invoice(Action Item) Member Moore made a motion to approve the RAI and E&B Invoices. Member Ross seconded the motion.All members voted aye and the motion carried. NEW BUSINESS • Cash Flow and Financials —Linda Stokes TreasurerStoke presented the cash flow and financials. • District Public Art site update-Delta James McCall Redevelopment Agency October 20,2020 Agenda PlannerJames gave a brief update on the Public Art site selection and scope of work for the downtown public art and for one specific project for the E Lake Street shoreline and Brown Park and later artist Amy Westovergave an overview of her meetings.She will be presenting her project materials at the November meeting. • Lakefrontand Brown Park Improvement 0 20-12 and 20-13 task orders for design,engineering and permittingfor E. Lake Street Shoreline and Brown Park(Action Item) o Stabilization Project Update o Geo-tech update Heidi Carter of Horrocks stated that they are still working on the Task Orders and will be presented with the scope and budget in November. Kurt Wolf gave the update on stabilization project.They will have a preconstruction meeting and are installing the temporary access road off the corner of E Lake Street to bring materials in and there will be a full park closure for public safety.They will be working full time and 6 days a week starting this coming Monday until it is completed. Nathan Stewart gave an update on the bigger picture of the overall project.He has had meetings with Kurt,Heidi and Brian Foot so that they can decide how to use MRA funds in the best and most cost-effective way. Ms.Carter stated that the borings are complete and the lab work should be done by the end of the month.They are evaluating for numberof factors.
