Due to McCall's commitment to stay healthy in response to the COVID-19 Emergency and ensuring that
the City's Business continues,this will be both an in person and teleconference meeting. The McCall
Legion Hall is subject to the 6-foot social distancing recommendation of Centers for Disease Control and
Prevention. The MRA Board members and staff who are anticipated to be in attendance is 3. Masks will
be required, and social distancing will be enforced.The first 20 persons who appear will be allowed to
be present in the meeting location.
All other persons may be in attendance virtually via Teleconference.Any member of the public can join
and listen only to the meeting at 8 am by calling in as follows: +1 208-634-8900 and the Conference ID is

CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Monty Moore, Colby Nielsen, Rick Fereday, Nic Swanson, Mike Maciaszek, Tabitha Martineau
and Lew Ross were present. Nic Swanson was absent. Member Community and Economic
Development Director Michelle Groenevelt, Public Works Director Nathan Stewart, Parks and
Recreation Director Kurt Wolf and Consulting Attorney Meghan Conrad were also present.

CONSENT AGENDA
• Minutes from October 20, 2020 (Action Item)
• Elam and Burke—October(Action item)
There was discussion on the role of the consulting attorney.
Member Martineau made a motion to approve the Consent Agenda. Member Moore seconded
the motion. All members voted aye and the motion carried.
NEW BUSINESS
• Lakefront and Brown Park Improvement Update- Kurt Wolf
Mr. Wolf gave an update on the project.The contractor has been managing for the weather and
has been able to maintain the access to get material from the rockslide down into the site. He
will provide some before and after pictures of the work being done.
• TO 21-04 E. Lake Street Shoreline and Waterfront (Action Item)

Member Mociaszek made a motion to adjoun. Member Martineau seconded the motion.All
members voted Aye and the meeting was adjourned.
