BE IT ORDAINED by the Common. Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana: SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1977-1963 is hereby amended by creating and adding thereto a new section designated as Section 1A which shall read as follows: Section 1A. That the effective date of the annexation of the following described real estate which is a portion of the 112 acre tract described in Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1977-1963, to -wit: Being part of the Northeast, Northwest, and Southwest Quarters of Section Nineteen (19), Township Fourteen (14) North, Range One (1) West, in Wayne County,Indiana, and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the center corner of Section Nineteen (19), Township Fourteen (14) North, Range One (1) West, in said Wayne County, Indiana, and running thence, from said beginning point, south, along the west line of the Southeast Quarter of said Section, a distance of one thousan.d two hundred sixty-one and fifty-two hundredths (1261.52) feet to a point in the north line of Industries Road; thence south eighty-six (86) degrees and forty- nine (49) minutes west, along said north line, five hun- dred thirty-six and seventy hundredths (536.70) feet; thence,north zero (0) degrees and eighteen (18) minutes west, seven hundred eighty-six and forty hundredths (786.40) feet; thence north eighty-seven (87) degrees and fifty-three (53) minutes west, two hundred sixty- two and fifty-three hundredths (262.53) feet; thence south zero (0) degrees and five (05) minutes west, eighteen and fifty hundredths (18.50) feet; thence west, fifty-one (51) feet; thence south thirty-nine (39) degrees and thirty-three (33) minutes west, three hundred three and eighty-seven hundredths (303.87) feet to a point in the eastwardly right-of-way line of Interstate Route Seventy (I.R.70); thence north forty-six (46) degrees and fifty-five (55) minutes west, alor_g said right-of-way line, three hundred seventy-one and eighty hundredths (371.80) feet to a concrete right-of-way monument; thence south, along said right-of-way line, thirty-six and six tenths (36.6) feet; thence north forty-three (43) degrees and forty-eight (48) minutes west, along said right-of-way line, two hundred seventy-four (274) feet to a point of curve; thence northwardly, along the arc of a four hundred (400) foot radius curve to the right, and along said right- of-way line, five hundred eighty-three (583) feet to the end of said curve; thence north forty (40) degrees and seventeen (17) minutes east, along said right-of-way line, three hundred sixty-two and twenty-eight hundredths (362.28) feet to a point of curve; thence northeastwardly, along the arc of a six hundred sixty -six -and nineteen hundredths (666.19) foot radius curve to the right, and along said right-of-way line, four hundred thirty-five and five tenths (435.5) feet to the end of said curve; thence south eighty-four (84) degrees and thirty-eight (38) minutes east, along said right-of-way line, one hundred three (103) feet; thence north seventy-eight (78) degrees and forty (40) minutes east, along said right-df-way line, four hundred twenty-nine and twenty hundreds (429.20) feet to a point in the westwardly right-of-way line of the Chesapeake and Ohio Railroad; thence south eight (08) degrees and forty-four (44) minutes west, along said west right-of-way line, six hundred fifteen and eighty- four hundredths (615.84) feet, more or less; thence south nineteen (19) degrees west, along said right-of- way line, four hundred seventy -(470) feet, more or less, to the point of intersection of -said right-of-way line with the south line of the Northeast Quarter of said Section Nineteen.(19); thence west, along the south line of said Northeast Quarter, nine hundred forty and ninety- nine hundredths (940.99) feet to the place of beginning, containing a.total area of seventy-five and seventy hun- dredths (75.70) acres, more or less, there being twenty- three and.sixty-four hundredths (23.64) acres, more or less, in the Northeast Quarter of said Section, twenty- two and forty-six hundredths (22.46) acres, more or less, in the Northwest Quarter of said Section, and twenty-nine and sixty hundredths (29.60) acres, more or less, in the Southwest Quarter of said Section Nineteen (19), EXCEPTING THEREFROM, Beginning at a point, said point being.eight hundred one and fifty-one hundredths (801.51) feet west, and five hundred thirty-five and twenty-five hundredths (535.25) feet south zero (0) degrees and five (05) minutes west, of the northeast corner of said south- west quarter, and running thence from said beginning point, south zero (6) degrees and five (05) minutes west,eighteen and twenty-five hundredths (18.25) feet; thence west, parallel to the north line of said southwest quarter, fifty-one (51) feet; thence south thirty-nine (39) degrees and thirty-three (33) minutes west, three hundred three and eighty-seven hundredths (303.87) feet to a point in the eastwardly right-of-way line of Interstate Route Number Seventy (I.R.70); thence north forty-six (46) degrees and fifty-five (55) minutes west, along said right-of-way line two hundred fifty (250) feet; thence north forty-three (43; degrees and fifteen (15) minutes east, sixty-nine and fif- teen hundredths (69.15).feet to a point of curve; thence north sixty-six (66)• degrees and thirty-eight (38) minutes east, along the chord of a one hundred (100) foot radius curve to the right, seventy-nine and thirty-five hundredths (79.35) feet to a point of tangency; thence east, parallel to the north line of said southwest quarter, three hundred seventeen and sixty-five hundredths (317.65) feet to the place of beginning, containing an area of one and twenty-six hundredths (1.26) acres, more or less, goat 10 PACE is hereby postponed until July 1, 1970, and no taxes of or for the City of Richmond, Indiana,.shall be levied or imposed on the real estate described in this Section 1A until after July 1, 1970. SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 1977-1963 is hereby amended by creating and adding thereto a new section_ designated as Section 2A which shall read as follows: Section 2A. This ordinance shall not become effective as to that real estate described in Section 1A hereof until July 1, 1970. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval by the Mayor and publication as by law required.
