ZONING. ORDINANCE OF RIC11MOND9 INDIANA, APPROVED APRIL. 21,1953.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana
SECTION 1, TMEP.EAS, Ordinance No,, 1.472-1953, commonly known as the Gon$ Dg
Ordinance of Richmond, Indiana, and the Zone Map made a part thereof,
described and designated as SURBURBA►y1 RESIDYNTIAL, the following describ-
ed territory in Richmond, ",7Ayne County, Indiana, to -wit:
A Dart of the Southwest Quarter of Section Thirty -sir. (36), `town-
ship Fourteen (1.4) North, Range One (1) Crest, `:,'ayre County,, State
of Indiana, more particulary described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the North right-of-way line of U . S n High-
way ,lumber Thirty-five (35), eight hundred thirty-one and mine
tenths (831.9) feet measured along said right-of-way,, South twengy
eight (28) degrees and forty-seven (47) minutes East from the
Junction of said right-of-way line With the center line of the
East mound lame of U.S. Highway t\Tumber Forty (40), as now located
and running thence South twenty-eight (28) degrees and forty-
seven (47) minutes East along said right-of-way line one hundred
ten and five tenths (11005) feet, , thence South eighty-eight (88)
degrees and thirty-five and five tenths (35.5) minutes East three
hundred thirty-five and five tenths (335.5) feet; thence North
four (4) degrees and eighteen (18) minutes W!eot ninety-five and
seventy-five hundredths (95.75) feety thence North eigbtyweight
(88) degrees and thirty-nine (39) winutes urest three hundred
eigbtty-six and six tzhths (386,6) feet to the place of beginning.
Containing; an area of seventy-nine hundredths (,,79) of and acre
more or less.
WHEREAS, it is the purpose and intention hereof to change the use of said
territory to LOCAL BUSINESS,,

SECTION 2, It is hereby ordained that the use district in the Zoning
Ordinance and the ''one '.Map be, and the same is hereby changed covering the
above described territory to LOCALBUSINESS ,and that said tertitoryr and use
and.area thereof he regulated accordingly.
SECTION & This Ordinance shall be in full and. effect; from and after its
passage,approvral, by the Mayor and publications by lace required.
