ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RICH NOND' INDIANA, APPROVED APRIL 21' 1953
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana:
SECTION 1. TffEREAS, ORDINANCE NO. 1472-1953, commonly known as the Zoning
Ordinance of the City of Richmond, Indiana, and the Zone I%iap a partthereof,
described and designated aCu Residential the follo-vying-described real estate
in the City of Richmond, ?Jayne County, Indiana, to-mi.t:
The legal desription of such land is as follows_jto-wit:
Lots Nos, 20 and 21 in Ra-berts-Brown et al addition to
the City of Richmond, in said County of .Jayne, and State
of Indiana, 436 South 12th Street.
:AREAS, it is the purpose and intention.hereof to change the use of said
territory to I'D" Residential.
NOW THERUORE:
SECTION 2, IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED that the.use district in the Zoning Ordinance
and on the Zone Map be, and the same is.hereby changed covering the above
described territory to f'D" Residential and that said territory and use thereof
be regulated accordingly.
SECTION 3. THIS ORDINANCE shall be in full force and effect from and after
'its passage, approval by the Mayor and publication as by law required.
