AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1472-1953, COT' ONLY HI\10 1P1 AS THE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, APPROVED APRIL 21,1953.
BE IT ORDAPIINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana:
SECTION 1. VEEREAS, ORDINANCE NO. 1472=1953, commonly known as the Zoning
Ordinance of the City of Richmond, Indiana, and the Zone Map a part thereof,
described and designated nC" Residential the folloviing described real estate
in the City of Richmond, !.Tayne County, Indiana, to -wit:
The legal desription of such land is as follows, to -wit:
Lot Number Twenty-two (22) in Roberts-Brotim and others addition
to the City of Richmond, Uayne County, Indiana:
Also, all of Lot Number Twenty-three (23) in Roberts -Broom and
others Addition.to the City of Richmond, Nayne County, Indiana,
Excepting a strip of ground Eleven (11) feet in width off the
north sied of said lot and extending the entire length thereof:
ALSO, a strip of ground Eleven (11) feet widel off the entire
north sude of Lot Number Twenty-three (23) and Thirty-three
(33) feet wide off the entire south side of Lot Number Twenty-
four (24), all in part of the City of Richmond laid out by
Robert Brown and others.
1,JHEREAS, it is the purpose and intention hereof to change the use -of said
territory to I'D" Residential,

SECTION 2. IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED that the use district in the Zoning
Ordinance and on the Zone Map be, and the same is hereby changed covering the
above described territory to "D" Residential and that. said territory and use
thereof be regulated accordingly,
SECTION 3. THIS ORDINANCE shall be in full force and effect from and after
its -passage, approval by the Mayor and publication as by lawrequired.
