BE IT ORDAINED.by the Common Council of the Ci ty of Richmond,,Indiana,,
SECTION 16 WHEREAS,, Ordinance No. 1472®195 % Commonly known as the
Zoning Ordinance of Richmond,, Indiana,, and the Zone Map made a part
thereof,, described and designated as 1'D" Residential,, the following
described territory. in the City. of Richmond,, Inndiana,, to -wit:
Lots .Vos 71 and 72 in the G.W. Ferusons First
Subdivision in the City of Richmond, Indiana,
and known as Nos,, 20 -arid 24 Souath 13t*h Street.,
WHEREASa-it is the purpose and intention to change the use of said
t orritory to '11Ucal Business",,
NOW THEREFORE:
SECTION 20 It its hereby ordained that the use district in the Zoning
Ordinance and the Zone Map bev and the same is hereby changed covering
the above described territory to "Local Business" and that said terki-
Cory and tihe use and area thereof be r'egulpted accordinly,,
SECTION 30 This Ordinance shall he in full fo'kce Pnd effect from and
after its passage, approval by the Mayor and publication as by law
required.
