AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 1472-1953, COMMONLY KNOWN AS
THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, APPROVED APRIL 21, 1953.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 1472-1953, Article IV, Section 1a is
hereby amended by adding thereto the following uses which are
classified as Conditional Uses:
Junk Yard, only in Limited and Heavy Industrial Districts.
Automobile'Wrecking Yard, only in Limited and Heavy
Industrial Districts.
SECTION 2, This Ordinance shall be in full f'ajzice and effect
from and after its passage and approval by the Mayor of the
City of Richmond, Indiana.
