BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond.,Indiana: SECTION 1. That that part of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2157-1965 entitled FIFTH DISTRICT be, and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: FIFTH DIS_T_RICT All that territory lying within the following boundaries will be known as FIFTH DISTRICT: Beginning at the centerline of Southwest 5th Street and National Road West; thence north along the centerline of Southwest 5th Street to the centerline of West Main Street; thence west along said centerline to the centerline of Northwest 8th Street; thence north along said centerline to the centerline of the Pennsylvania Railroad (Indianapolis Division); thence west along said centerline to the south- west corner of the Northeast Quarter of Section 31; thence north along the west line of said Northeast Quarter of Section 31 to the north line of the Pennsylvania Railroad (Chicago Division); thence northwesterly along the north lire of said railroad right-of-way, 1523.60 feet; thence north 7 degrees 27 minutes east, 545.09 feet; thence north 81 degrees 50 minutes west, 333 feet; thence north 7 degrees 40 minutes east, 1446.10 feet to the south line Of the Northwest Quarter of Section 30; thence west along said south line to the southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of Section 30; thence north along the west line of the Northwest Quarter of Section 30 to the south line of Rich Road; thence westerly along the south line of Rich Road to a point 200 feet west of the centerline of Flatley Road; thence north along the west corporate limit to the north corporate limit; thence east along said corporate limits to the C & 0 Railroad; thence southeasterly along said C & 0 Railroad to the south line of Section 20; thence east along the south line of Section 20 to a point 1645feA we.s t of the centerline of U.S. Highway #27; thence north, parallel to the centerline of U.S.Highway ;"27, to the south right-of-way line of I.R.Highway #70; thence easterly along the south line of I.R.Highway #70 to a point 1645 feet east of the centerline of U.S.Highway #27; thence south, parallel to the centerline of U.S.Highway IT -"27, to the north line of the Southwest Quarter of Section 21; thence west to a point 1320 feet east of the centerline of U.S.Highway #27; thence south to a point 615.95 feet north of the south line of Section 21; thence west 500 feet, more or less; thence south to the south line of Section 21; thence east to the east line of the Berry Field Addition extended; thence south along said east line of the Berry Field Addition to the north corporate limit of Spring Grove; thence west along the north P corporate limit of Spring Grove to the West Fork of the Whitewater River; thence southeasterly along said river to the Pennsylvania Railroad (Chicago Division); thence northeasterly along said railroad to the centerline of Northwest 2nd Street; thence south along said centerline of Northwest 2nd Street to the centerline of Randolph Street; thence west along said centerline to the center- line of Northwest 3rd Street; thence south along the centerline of Northwest 3rd Street to the centerline of Pearl Street; thence east along said centerline of Pearl Street to the Whitewater River; thence southwardly along the centerline of said river to the centerline of National Road West extended; thence southlsesterl.y along the center- line of said National Road West to the place of beginning.
