RE: Award Contract to Pro Lawn Care, LLC for Blight Elimination Pro ect mowing

Dear Board of Public Works and Safety Members:

The Department of Infrastructure & Development is requesting approval to award Contract #52-
2019 to Pro Lawn Care, LLC. This contract is for mowing of properties that are currently in the
Blight Elimination Program.
Quotes were received from two companies, GRF& Sons and Pro Lawn Care, LLC. Pro Lawn
Care, LLC `s quote was found to be the lowest, most responsible, and responsive quote
submitted. Properties will be mowed at a cost of $125.00 per property for as many times as the
Blight Elimination Program manager deems a property to be in need of mowing.
