One option to consider is eliminating the down spout at the rear of that side containing all the water on the ocean side in a gutter with the downspout at the front. It appears the rear water could be routed clockwise to the front down the other side. This is just one option. Upon correction Joe and I will revisit the site. It is imperative that the residence be code compliant and that all issues be resolved with the builder and the City so that a final Certificate of Occupancy can be issued by the City. Failure to address this situation immediately could result in the revocation of the temporary electrical release that was issued in anticipation of this project being completed within the Temporary Certificate of Occupancy timeframe. To get the process back on track, the City is going to re -issue a new Temporary Certificate of Occupancy with a 30- day expiration date, so that you will be compliant for the next 30 days while you work with the Zoning Department to complete what needs to be done to receive a final Certificate of Occupancy. The goal will be to resolve any outstanding issues before this new Temporary Certificate of Occupancy expiries to avoid having the power to the residence disconnected or citations to the builder and/or property owner being issued depending on the type of code violation associated with the property. Conrad will be doing the post tension building for us at this address. They would propose a start date of March 6, 2006. The duration of this phase of construction will be 45 days or less. The crane I will need to use for this part of the project will need to be positioned directly in front of my property at #3 17th Place during the day and will be moved after 5 PM. I would appreciate permission to block this part of the street during the times mentioned above. It will not prevent other property owners from accessing their property freely. I will provide the necessary signage to insure safety and public awareness of the blockage. Thanks for your assistance with this request.
