HomeMy Public PortalAboutPolicy Resolution-05POLICY RESOLUTION NO. 5 POLICY RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NAPA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, REESTABLISHING POLICY AND DEFINING MANAGERIAL AND/OR CONFIDENTIAL POSITIONS FOR EMPLOYER- EMPLOYEE RELATIONS WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Napa, State of California, has heretofore adopted its Resolution No. 4786 "Establishing Policy and Procedure of Employer - Employee Relations'; and WHEREAS, Paragraph 2, Part B of said Resolution No. 4786 restricts managerial employees or employees with a confidential relationship to the City Council, City Manager or Personnel Director from representing any employee organization which represents other employees of the City of Napa on matters within the scope of representation.
