Regular meeting of the Couiicil-
Mayor Vahlsing presiding and all councilmen present; -
Minutes of July meetings were read, and on motion by Lindeman
seconded by Luwe same were approved as read.
Treasurers report was received, read and order place don Pile.
Time for hearing objection to the Budget being arrived, as per
notice duly published, there being no objections made, it was moved
by Kruse second by Lindeman that the budget as proposed be adopted.
Motion carried.
It was moved that the application for a Class B beer permit of
Earl Greany be granted, second by Okonea
Roll call- Ayes- Haack- Kruse- Linda man- Okones,Luwe
Nays None-

It was moved by Okones second by Lindeman, that the Bond of
Earl Greany for Class B beer permit be approved.

Nays - none.
