A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ALCOHOL LICENSE RENEWAL
FOR THROTTLE DOWN SPORTS BAR AND GRILL WITHIN THE
CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA.
Whereas, the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa has reviewed and will determine the
renewal of the Alcohol Permit requested by Throttle Down Sports Bar and Grill located with
the corporate city limits of Tiffin, Iowa; and
Whereas, the City Council has not discovered any reason to deny the granting of the renewal
of the Alcohol License for Throttle Down Sports Bar and Grill.
Therefore be it resolved the City Council of Tiffin, Iowa directs the City Clerk to submit for
local authority, approval of renewal to the State of Iowa Alcoholic Beverages Division.
On the 12th day of February, 2014, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa.
Councilperson Ryan introduced Resolution 2014 -014 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE
RENEWAL OF THE ALCOHOL LICENSE TO THROTTLE DOWN SPORTS BAR & GRILL
WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA and made a motion for approval. Motion
seconded by Council person Kahler.
Ayes: Kahler, Ryan, Petersen, Bartels, Upton
Nays: none
Absent: none
WHEREUPON, with five Council members were present and voted for approval and Mayor
Berner declared that the Resolution 2014 -014 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE
RENEWAL OF THE ALCOHOL LICENSE TO THROTTLE DOWN SPORTS BAR & GRILL
WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA be adopted and signified his approval of the
same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 12th day of February, 2014.
