ORDINANCE NO. 2051-1964
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1472-19539 C01414ONLY K-WO14N AS THE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF RICHP40ND 9 INDIANA APPROVED APRIL 219 1953.
BE IT ORDAINED BY the Common Council of the Clay of Richmond, Indiana.
SECTION 1. WHEREAS9 Ordinance No. 1472-19539 Commonly known as the Zoning
Ordinance of Richmondo and the Zone map made a part, thereof2 described and
designated as �mSUBLRR N�..� �� o the following described
territory in RICH1+4 kTD 9 Mayne County, Indianag to wit:
PT. S.E. SECTION 21 TWP 16 R,14 CENTER TWP., WAYNE COUNTY, INDIANA
(Commonly known, 521.93 ft. south and 387 ft. west of intersection
U.S. #40 and Round Barn Road south.).
WHEREAS9 it is the purpose and intention hereof to change the use of said
territory to,r T iTiE� °
NOW THEREFORE:
SECTION 2. It Is hereby ordained that the' rise district in the Zoning
Ordinance and on the Zone map be, and the same'Is hereby changed covering
the above described territory to CT 1 TVg8& and that said
territory and the use and area thereof be regulated accordingly.
SECTION .3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval by the Mayor and publications as by law required.
