OF RICHMIOND,. INDIANA APPROVED APRIL 21' 1953.
BE IT ORDAINED BY the Comon Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
SECTION 1. WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 14.72719531 Commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance
of Richmond, and the Zone lna:p, made a, part tnex;eof, described and designated as
"Of' Residential, the following des cribed'territory in Richmond, Wayne County,
Indiana, to wit:
Lot Number twelve (12) in George H. Knollenberg's:Sub-division, now a
part _ of, the City .of Richmond. :'(¢t9?l South' Sth:. Street-).
14HEREAS, it'is the purpose and intention hereof .to'change the use of. -said
territory to Local Business.
NOW THEREFORE
SECTION 2. Itis hereby'-ordained..that the use district in the Zoning Ordinance.
and on the Zone map be, and the.-�sa�me is hereby, --changed covering the above des--
cribed territory to Local -Business and that said territory and the use and area
thereof be regulated*.accordingly.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and.after its
