MEDINA
PUBLIC NOTICE
The city council of the city of Medina
has adopted Ordinance No. 374. The or-
dinance repeals the current Floodplain
Sections of the Ordinance (Sections
826.75-826.97) and adopts new Flood -
plain Sections of the Ordinance (Sec-
tions 826.74-826.97).
This ordinance pertains to mandatory
revisions to the City's Floodplain Overly
District regulations, pursuant to FEMA
(Federal Emergency Management
Agency) requirements. The full text of
Ordinance No. 374 is available for in-
spection at Medina city hall during regu-
lar business hours.
