AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1472-1953, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE
ZONING ORDINANCE -OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, APPROVED APRIL 21, 1953,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMLON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND,INDIANA.
SECTION 1. WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1472-1953, commonly known.as'the
Zoning Ordinance of Richmond, and the Zone Map made a part thereof,
decribed and designated ",C" Residential, -,the following described
territory in Richmond, Vlayne County, Indiana, towit:
Lots number Seven .(7), Eight'(8), Nine (9), Ten (10),'Eleven
(11), Twelve'(12), Thirteen (13),.Fourteen (14), Seventeen
(17), Eighteen (18), Nineteen (19) in Richard Sedgwick's: Addition.

Also Lots number Ten (10), Eleven (11), Twelve (12), Thirteen►
(13), Fourteen (14), and Fifteen (15) in.Shively and J.R.

WHEREAS, it is the purpose and intention to change the use of said
territory to.Local:Business.
NOW THEREFORE:
SECTION 2. It is hereby ordained that the use distridt in the Zoning
Ordinance and the Zone Map.be, and the same is hereby changed covering
the above descr&bed territory to Local Business and that said ter-
ritory and the.use and area thereof -be regulated accordingly.
SECTION-3. This ordinance shall'be_ in full force and effect from
and after its passage,.•approval by the Mayor and'publication-as by
law required.
