AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE TIDE StrIA OF $900,00 FROM MUNICIPAL AIRPORT FUND
CASH OPERATING TO MUNICIPAL AIRPORT ACCOUNT MA-11 (2-25-251), REPAIR
BUILDINGS AND EQUIPMENT: TO APPROPRIATE THE SUM OF 300.00 FROM MUNICIPAL
FUND CASH OPERATING TO MUNICIPAL AIRPORT ACCOUNT MA-12 (2-25-252:), REPAIR
OF EQUIPMENT: TO APPROPRIATE THE SUM OF $800.00 FROM AIRPORT FUND CASH
OPERATING TO MUNICIPAL AIRPORT ACCOUNT MA-25.(7-71-711 )' BUILDING AND
FIXED EQUIPMENT.
WHEREAS, certain extraordinary emegencies have developed since the adoption
of the existing annual budget so that it is now necessary to appropriate
more money for various functions of the City Goverment that was appropriated
in the annual budget, and,
WHEREAS' it has been shown that certain existing appropriations now.have
unobligated balances which will not be used for theurpose.for which
appropriated.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RICHMOND, INDIANA.
SECTION 1. That for the expenses of the City Government and its institutions
for the year ending December 31, 1964, the following amounts of money are
hereby appropriated and set apart out of the fund named and for the purposes
specified, said sums being subject to all laws governing the sane. Such
amounts appropriated shall be held to include all expenditures authorized
to be made during the year, unless expressly stipulated by law.
SECTION 2. That for said fiscal period, there are hereby appropriated the
following amounts to meet the extraordinary emergency declared to exist.
MUNICIPAL AIRPORT ACCOUNT MA-11
Repair Buildings & Equipment
(2-25-251)
MUNICIPAL AIRPORT ACCOUNT MA-12
Repair of Equipment
(2-25-252)
MUNICIPAL AIRPORT ACCOUNT MA-25
Buildings and Fixed Equipment
(7-71-711)

SECTION 3. That said unnecessary existing appropriations be now reduced in
amounts as follows, and the same appropriated to the above named items:

SECTION 4. An extraordinary emergency exists for the above appropriation.
SECTION 5, This Ordinance shall -be in full -force and effect from and after
its passage and approval by the Mayor and is subject to the laws of the
State of Indiana governing emergency appropriations.
