WHEREAS, pursuant to the passage of SB 856, the State Department of
Housing and Community Development assess local municipalities a $15 remittance fee
per application processed; and
WHEREAS, the proposed Enterprise Zone Tax Credit Hiring Voucher
Application Fee of $75 will defray the cost incurred by the Community Development
Department to administer the program and pay the State required $15 fee; and

Schedule for applicants who request an expedited review of their submitted hiring
voucher application. This fee will be in addition to the regular processing fee of $75;
