A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY
AND HDL ON A MONTH -TO -MONTH TERM.
WHEREAS, On June 1, 2011, the City of Lynwood entered into an agreement
with HDL Software, LLC to provide a Business License Database for the Development
Services Department; and
WHEREAS, The current annual maintenance fee for this business license
software is $5,036; and
WHEREAS, Although the Development Services received five RFP responses,
HDL, LLC Software was the most cost effective;
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES
HEREBY FIND, PROCLAIM, ORDER AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Lynwood approve the HDL
Contract for a month -to -month term.
Section 2. That the Mayor is authorized to execute a month -to -month
agreement in a form approved by the City Attorney.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
Section 4. That the City Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of this City
Council Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 17 day of July, 2012.
